Completed massage services are non-refundable. If anything about your session isn't right, please tell us before you leave the studio so we can address it, or contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will review your concern.
At least 24 hours' notice is required. Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price. No-shows may be charged the full scheduled service amount.
Sessions may not be extended if you arrive late, and the full service price applies.
Packages are prepaid and non-refundable. Unused hours never expire, can be used for any massage service, and can be shared with family and friends.
Introductory and promotional rates apply only to the appointment they were booked for and cannot be exchanged for cash.
