Siri Thai Massage Studio

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2026

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact form, call, text or email us.
  • Booking information: appointment details and, for phone bookings, card details to hold a reservation.
  • Health information: the intake form you complete at the studio, used only so our therapist can provide a safe, appropriate treatment.
  • Technical information: our website host may automatically collect basic data such as IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, to operate and secure the site and to count visits.

How the contact form works

Submitting the form opens your own text-messaging app with your message pre-filled; nothing is sent until you send that text, and it is delivered to our business phone.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule and manage appointments, provide safe treatment, process payment, and operate and improve the website. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Health information

Health information is kept confidential, stored securely, accessed only by our therapist, and not shared except where required by law.

Third-party services

Our website uses Google Maps (embedded map) and Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads, and is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages visitors find useful. Payments are processed by our card payment provider. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies so we can count visits and see how the site is used. These cookies are used only for this website's own statistics. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not share your information for advertising. Embedded third-party services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies.

Do Not Track

Our website does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, because we do not track visitors across other websites.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the email or phone above.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
