Siri Thai Massage Studio is open daily from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, by appointment only.

To schedule your session, please call or text Siri Thai Massage Studio at (669) 639-0636 or book through our website.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred treatment and appointment time.

• We recommend leaving jewelry and valuables at home before your visit.
• Please allow at least 2 hours after eating a meal before your massage for your comfort and proper digestion.

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to complete your intake form and relax before your treatment begins.

Out of respect for other clients, we may not be able to extend your treatment time if you arrive late.

We appreciate your punctuality so that every client can receive their full scheduled session.

Please provide advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service price.
• No-shows may be charged the full scheduled service amount.

Siri Thai Massage Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Please keep your personal belongings and valuables with you or in a secure location.

To maintain a peaceful, clean, and relaxing environment for all clients, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the studio.

Please keep conversations at a low volume to avoid disturbing other clients.

For the cleanliness and comfort of our clients, pets are not permitted inside Siri Thai Massage Studio.

Service animals are permitted as required by applicable law.

If you have questions regarding accessibility or special accommodations, please contact us in advance.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

For appointments booked by phone, a credit or debit card may be required to secure the reservation.

Payment is collected after completion of the service or according to the terms communicated at the time of booking.

Completed services at Siri Thai Massage Studio are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know as soon as possible before leaving the studio so that we have an opportunity to listen to and appropriately address your concerns.

For concerns regarding a completed service, please contact us directly within 24 hours after your appointment so that we can review the situation and assist appropriately.

• Massage packages are prepaid and non-refundable; unused hours never expire.

Siri Thai Massage Studio provides professional, therapeutic massage services only.

Sexual services, sexual requests, inappropriate comments or gestures, intentional exposure, inappropriate touching of the therapist, or other conduct that violates professional boundaries are strictly prohibited.

If a client violates these boundaries, behaves inappropriately, or causes the therapist to feel unsafe or uncomfortable, the therapist has the right to immediately stop the session and leave the treatment room.

Siri Thai Massage Studio also reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service and to decline future appointments when professional boundaries are violated.
